Joey nods and follows her, trying not to focus on the fact that she looked like hell. He was just glad none of that damage was permanent. He was also glad he couldn't burn, otherwise, he could have been just as unlucky as Rose.
"When we get there, I'll take point." he tells her. He's not letting anything else happen to her.
