That Rose was able to be moving at all was a testament to her mutant constitution. She was going to be itchy for days, if not weeks after this, when her new skin finished growing. And the new hair coming in was going to itch like crazy too.
Not to mention she'd be completely naked. Her uniform had burned off completely, though she was currently too burnt and blackened to have anything recognizable as naked.
Joey? Her ears had finished healing and her nasal passages were clear enough, even with all the dust and smoke in the air, that she could tell it was him.
"Jooo?" she managed, as he slowly came into focus. "Yough...otakay?"
