He stamps his staff of office, drawing eyes to him.

"We are aware that there have been significant signs and portents of change coming. We are also aware no one has yet determined the nature of this, unless someone is hiding information from the rest. We also notice that one of our number has not been invited. Anyone care to explain?"

Shortly after her latest Realization, Beatrice managed to find Nicolai when they could be alone. This required some discretion -- one could argue that telling Kelly had been a bad idea, then, Bea trusted her not to do anything dangerous in a way that wouldn't be profitable or amusing.

"Nicolai, we have to talk about Sean."

Franklin was lounging around after a long day of nothing.  His finals were all done with, and now he could just sit back and relax with the TV on.  He thought about his stay with the Defenders so far while he flipped through the channels.  They were mostly pretty cool, but he didn't really stop to get to know them.  He felt a bit awkward around them sometimes.
