Kelly doesn't expect that the X-Men will want to see her. However, they have psychics and healers, the only ones who might be able to help. She said she'd do anything she could to help her girl - and now she's keeping her word.

She thought a few times about breaking in, maybe even kidnapping some help - because that's the way she thinks. Ultimately, though, she figures that the best odds is doing this, for her, the hard way. Far harder than breaking in to a secured location and kidnapping someone at gunpoint, anyway.

She arrives at the front gates and presses the buzzer.

James had volunteered to babysit Nick while Tony, Mom and the rest of the family went to the big fancy party. James didn't like fancy parties and had eagerly volunteered to babysit. After Mom and Tony said he could, James of course asked Valeria if she wanted to come over and help him. James was by far not an expert babysitter and could always use an extra pair of hands.

Nick was fussy right after Mom and Tony left, but eventually he settled down. Coos and babbles replaced the crying. James thought he giggled, but Mom had said that was just gas. James thought his baby brother was neat and was having a good time babysitting him.

Nick eventually dozed off and James put him in his bed. He double checked the baby monitor and then joined Val on the couch.
