As soon as he's got a clear shot, Joey, throws a flame line at Ruckus. This time, however, instead of going straight toward her, the flame traces a circle around Ruckus, heating the air around her to a fever pitch.

If he can't burn her out, he'll make the idea of taking a big breath a bad one for her.
