Crazy as she was, Vertigo wasn't particularly afraid of Chris. She smiled a little darkly as she hunkered down, mentally, and poured herself into dealing with the feral one. Even animals can feel dizzy, after all and she was confident she'd have enough impact to lessen the coming blow.
