Tina will notice the girl is in terrible shape as she gets closer, even as she tries to focus her eyesight.

"It hurts..." she murmurs as the pain washes over her. "Why did Doctor Milbury hurt us? What did I do wrong? Why did Mom and Dad leave me here to...to...?" she asks, her voice breaking as the tears come.
