Please allow me to introduce myself
Two months ago he would not have been able to do this. He had been broken by being tossed to this other world. This world that was not his. He had been reduced to nothing. Less than nothing really. He had no papers to get himself set up at first. It had not taken him too long to change things around. He had ended up using an alias to get things started.

Taliesin Morgan was a useful name to use. But it would not last forever. The world would soon know the name of Taliesin von Doom.

So when does this happen and how? It is a Saturday. The skies are clear and people are out and about doing whatever it is they want to. Then in a flash of yellow and blue light that looks almost pretty buses stop. Cabs stop. Police officers on horses in the city parks or on bicycles stop.

Not because they are frozen in time. But they are confused. They are no longer human but dogs, cats, and birds.

Not all of them are like that though. About a half dozen police officers who weren't caught in the strange light are at the City hall. One of them notices just how the wacko is dressed and dives behind a pillar as his friends are tossed by magic and something else aside. The cop manages to get a message through to the Fantastic Four that someone dressed like Doom has just attacked City hall, could they please help?

Vincent's face twists in unease to see one of his old prototype armors, however modified, on another.

"Your accent and diction are authentic enough. I'm willing to believe you're at least partially from Latveria, Doomstadt in particular... but garbed as such, that would make you either a pawn or just plain stupid."

He doesn't prepare an attack, yet, but he does position himself to be ready for such.

"You stink of old fey magic, despite whatever you've tried to temper it with."

He is more impressed than he was before with Vincent. His other world half-brother isn't as simple as Taliesin once thought. Still he can't help but find himself torn between wanting to greet Kristoff and a cold feeling of indifference that threatens to take over.

"You should know better than to insult someone upon meeting them, Amorason. It does not suit someone of your lineage to jump to conclusions before you have all of the data necessary. I thought you were reared by those who think. You should show that more than what you are now. It should not matter to you how I am dressed," Talesin finds himself rebuking Vincent for jumping the gum.

"As to my goals? Why I merely wish to return to my home dimension Doctor Vernard. My King needs me," he says. Though that is a lie in some ways. His Father would strike him down if he returned Taliesin suspects.

From one point of view, Taliesin, you said the possibly-magic sentence.
"There are better ways to further that attempt than transfiguring peopel in the streets and attacking a public building, however temporary the discomfiture," he feels obliged to point out. And as strong as the instinct to help out is, he's not an idiot. There's still a lot to find out here, and he's not taking things solely at face value. "You have us at an advantage. May we have your name?"

"I'm sorry you feel that way." To Taliesin's charging of his hand, Kristoff responds in kind. The charge in his gauntlet had been ready since arrival, and he aims and fires quite fluidly.

This man may be Family, of a sort, but love isn't always blind, and sometimes it's better to shoot first. It's a simple reprulsor blast, meant to disorient.
"There is no civilized reason to be attacking this place to deal with a dimensional displacement problem."

Vincent clasps his hand shut behind his back, the spell completed. Strobes spiderweb out from behind him, descending upon Taliesin scarcely after the name was off his lips.

It's a mix between just an electrical attack and a hypnotic spell. Designed to attack the nervous system directly.

"Next time I suggest having them get you a milkshake." He barks at his opponent.

	Andrea brought her right arm up, everything from the elbow down reconfiguring into a blaster. She kept it aimed at Taliesin, but did not yet fire. Her attention was diverted when Vincent pressed his attack. She would not have expected him to be quite so aggressive. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"It was not just simple...." He is cut off sharply from the attacks from his two brothers. The repluser blast knocks him to one knee but Vincent's attack has him snarling in pain. That was not a good way to talk someone into undoing what they had done Vincent.

The gloves come off right away. He had been thinking of just leaving and letting them have the day but an arch of lightning and flame is sent right at Vincent for what he just did. That dear brother had been uncalled for.

"Vincent," Kristoff snaps at how rapidly his brother stepped the matter up. He'd just been trying to circumvent possible attack, make sure this alternate-brother didn't get the upper hand. And now he's screaming in pain. And now the place, where previously peopel had at least been relatively safe in their temporary frozen status, is likely to catch fire even if Vincent isn't hurt...

He feels horrible.

Vincent throws himself in the path of Taliesin's attack, expanding a shield to prevent anyone else from being caught in it, letting Asgardian constitution do for protecting himself. It still hurts though.

His costume smolders slightly, but he's largely unharmed.

"You have no idea what you are facing, whelp." Vincent snarls back. "To have withstood that, you're clearly not human, and your training is at least adequate. However, you have less than a chance against my brother, myself, and my belo-- my friend."

The rest of the world is pretty quickly falling out of view for Vincent, Kristoff's admonishment barely reaching his ears as green energy crackles around him.

"It would be in your best interest to submit now, and spare yourself further discomfort." He pauses. "To say nothing of embarrassment."

	She felt a momentary rush of concern for Vincent, then relief when he proved to be all right. Vincent was still a teammate, no matter the status of their relationship. Andrea sighed. It was a well practiced sound, modulated with just the right amount of air and release. "Perhaps this could be discussed civilly? Before further regrettable mistakes are made?" "And you are a fool. Using an attack like that on someone whose constitution you can not confirm could have proven lethal. Are you truly that foolish," Taliesin demands the sneer in his tone is obvious.

He gives Vincent another cold angry look. He was not pleased that Vincent had used such an underhanded method. But what could he expect form the son of Amora?

"I am sorry, Miss. But your team mate has made that quite impossible. You see, he is an idiot." And now Vincent will have a magically amplified repulser blast to the face.

"Kristoff!!" Vincent yells. He didn't want his brother to protect him. He'd brought enough harm on his family already. He glares venomously at Taliesin. "THAT. Was. A mistake." His mind has already rashly broken the situation down as to have been baiting Kristoff to rush in as he did.

He flies forward at high velocity, grappling with Taliesin and heading skyward. This is a true fight now, between dangerously powerful magic forces, and he won't let anywhere near street level, or even the rooftops, be the place for it.

"Don't underestimate me. I had every reason to believe your armor would protect you from permanent harm, even if I could still only conjecture about your physicality.. which I now see that feral magic is more than just your weapon. It's in your blood, isn't it?"

And the problems fey blood faces are well documented.

A voice speaks to Kristoff's mind directly. A minor illusion spell.

Can you keep him contained for twenty eight seconds? Away from any other buildings. I have need of something from the Baxter Building, but it will take me that much time.

"You're one to talk you mad fool," Taliesin exclaims before striking with full force at Vincent's neck. He wishes to choke him up for a moment so he can get away from the obviously insane.

"What do you think I was trying to do? Hurt Kristoff?" He barks out a laugh then slips from Vincent's grasp and flies in a different direction. "As much as I distrust the one from my world I will not assume the worst of your or sink as low as you. You ill-bred idiotic man-child!"

And with that he lets loose with a spray of bright green and yellow fire. It's his way of saying stop being silly little brother.

Taliesin is getting more and more annoyed. Somehow Vincent has really struck a nerve with Taliesin. But since Vincent is gone and Taliesin has recovered from the blast sent his way?

Well it doesn't stop him from calling up another spell and sending large spikes of ice right at Andrea. He can guess that she should withstand his assault. Not that he is worried about killing an android but he feels it is important to at least hold back enough to make things almost fair.
