Rose's method is a little... more physical than Joey's, but just as gory. She popped her claws as the bird swooped down, stabbing upward at just the right time.
"And this kitten's got claws," she quipped.
She looked up to see more birds coming. "...Got any more fire in the tank, Bub?"
