Chris shakes her head. "Nah, not quite. 'Buffalo' is a type of sauce for fried chicken wings that ranges mildly warm to blisteringly hot. It actually started in a city in upstate New York. Usually served alongside bleu cheese for dipping, and celery sticks. Great stuff."
