Open for Company

The mansion's residents seemed to have a lot going on, except for Dmitri.  He struggled the entire day with what to do with himself.  He sat peacefully at a piano he'd brought back with him and began to play a "simple" piece.  Well... it was simple for him.

Ellie walked by the lounge, peering her head in the door when she saw her brother at the piano. Grinning, she tiptoed into the room, fully intending to sneak up on him.

She was doing a good job at that, too. Dmitri didn't notice while he was playing.

Ellie clapped her hands over her mouth, fighting back a fit of giggles. She tip-toed until she was right behind him.

"BOO!!!" She shouted, before succumbing to giggles.

"FFSSSSSSTJSSSSSSK!!!" Dmitri stopped playing and leaped up from his seat. He banged his knees on the bottom of the piano and fell back down and out of the seat. Dmitri's heart was pounding so hard that it took a moment for him to hear Ellie giggling. He breathed hard and tried to relax before saying anything.

Ellie beamed. "I've been practicing sneaking up on people....and with my powers too! I can teleport other people now! Yeah, I've only done it once...but still I can do it!"
