Oh how I missed this.
Scrambler had the house all to himself. The woman on the bed too. Bruised and beaten and gasping for air. She couldn't fight him between attempts to breath as he oh so casually poked her and caused her neural pathways to go haywire. The signals from and to her brain 'scrambled' and her body momentarily unable to figure out how to keep her lungs moving or her heart beating. It was such a beautiful sight as he pulled his hand away, kicked up his feet and leaned back to watch her recover. If things held true to form, she'd take 1.04 seconds longer than the previous time. When it got to the two minute mark, it would become a game of how many times she could do it before her body just couldn't take the stress and gave out on her.
