Though Charlie was a little worried about Anya and Uncle Tony's disappearances himself, he was trying his best to put on a good face for the holiday.
"Hey," he said, entering the monitor room and placing Toni's rose and box of chocolates (okay, so she got a couple of extra roses and her box of chocolates was slightly bigger than the other girls') next her. "Happy Valentine's Day." He kissed her cheek.
