He lets her sleep, gently continuing the backrub, scalp rub and leg massage until he's sure he's done everything he reasonably can to help her injuries. Then he settles in next to her and sets his radiant temperature to just a couple degrees over her body temperature to make things as comfortable as possible for her, then snuggles up for as long as she'll sleep for.
He, meanwhile, doesn't sleep. That's not something he wants to be explaining to her just now.
