Logan called Natasha about Misha getting injured. She was out of the penthouse and in the car before she had disconnected the call. She knew Misha would be okay, but she had to see him. A mother's worry was too strong to not do something.
It didn't take her long to reach Xavier's and once she did, she immediately went to find Misha.
