If one is normally sighted, the area is intentionally fairly open, so it doesn't take Bullseye long to figure out where Daredevil went. Bullseye starts to move, timing it so a few feet before he reaches Daredevil, there's another pop, and more confetti. He jukes, figuring Daredevil will attack where he heard the assassin coming from - which should leave him open to counterattack.
