He kicks for her stomach once she's down, just working on inflicting a brutal strike and getting her to roll over - provided she does, he opens a cigarette box.

He removes one of the darts from the box, laced with paralyzing toxin, specially prepared for the circumstances. She'll be awake and aware of everything, but immobile and helpless.
He flings the dart at her butt.
