Cyclops arrives, watching both men for a moment. He doesn't need to announce himself; between the pair of them, he's certain they knew he was on his way.
"Magneto, Exodus, thank you for meeting with me. First...I want to say thank you to both of you for everything you've done to help with Utopia so far. You've both been very civil, kind even, and that's appreciated." Scott says, placing his hands in his pockets.
"You both are extremely powerful and could do a lot of good here, whether through helping with the repairs and upgrades, or even as part of the X-Men. I'm here now to ask both of you for a bit of information and advice, as you know the terrain. Literally and figuratively, of nation-building." he says.
