When I started touching him, I held us both together so I was rubbing up against him and it didn't take long at all. A couple of minutes if that but he confessed to me afterward that it was his first time with someone. I had no idea he was lying about being a virgin. Hands usually don't feel amazing unless it's the person behind the hand you're into. Just saying from experience. Also frottage is very intimate, because not only are you facing each other but there's a lot of close proximity, you can't bite a pillow or turn away. Eye contact is one of the biggest turn ons, in that case. Or the sounds of your lover, if their eyes are closed in bliss. No wonder he wanted sex. 	Or you could ignore it. See what progresses. Either way, ignore him or kiss him, you'd risk things changing and him breaking ties with you in both instances.
