I'm not dismissive, I work calmly until I find the solution. Anger adds extra stress onto the situation.

It also gives people the chance to think you don't really care and you are dismissive. Anger is therapeutic. Once you have yelled at someone and got all those hateful words out, you start to calm down. Taking it the slow way only produces more stress and will in the end, leave you a very lonely person.

I am extremely sorry. It was never my intention to hurt you in the extent I did, both physically and emotionally. I wasn't aware my actions would do the damage they did. I was stupid.
