Veronica likes Bobby, but she also knows how well how he is.

"I don't think you could be evil if you tried, Bobby, even if the laugh is good." Veronica says.

Upon seeing Sally, Veronica takes a look at the Mustang, then lays a hand on it. Her eyes close and she watches in her mind, all of the time, care and energy Bobby has placed into this car. She watches the installation of each part, the frustration when things don't go so well, and the elation the first day it started with no issues.

Her eyes open and she smiles, looking at the car with new appreciation.

"Yes. I want to learn how to fix cars." she says.
