Dane moves assumes crowd-control duty, knowing that Sarah and Tasha are battered and doing everything they can just to help out right now. He'd rather not see either woman get hurt, so he's doing the knightly thing and watching their backs.
He'll move into close-combat with any of Apocalypse's minions that are looking for a free attack on his teammates.
