Cyttorak is as consistent as ever, the bands form, binding Jack O'Lantern tight, though this time, calling on the dimensional power feels odd -
As if Cyttorak's agents here have answered, but the call from this place is rare enough that they've taken notice of the mage. Its a brief feeling, but definitely at least a few moments of the feeling that somewhere, someone is watching him.
