Protected from his own powers, and apparently feeling that the people are some sort of serious threat, Electro first pumps more juice into his blasts, channeling everything he has to try and overwhelm the bubbles around his hands.
"Whoever you are, you can go back where you came from and tell them we're free here, we're staying that way!"
