Damnit, why does he always get the agiles ones. With as much power as he has, the number of times he's been shown up by people who have little or no powers and just know how to dodge is ridiculous.
As such, he does exactly what he always does in this situation, gets stressed about it.
He flails his extended water arms, scissoring across each other trying to catch the girl - a girl. He can handle this, right?
