Superhuman endurance is a bitch sometimes. the knockout gas clearly has an effect - he's slower, his eyes a little glazed, not as coordinated as before. But if Tasha expected human doses of gas to take him off his feet, she'll be surprised by a clawed haymaker coming at her.
Armadillo is a powerhouse - Dane's strength directed at the joint does unbalance him enough to take some of the power out of his swing.
Meanwhile, there's a dozen projectiles mostly sticking out of joints in the armor - not seeming to slow him much, if he even notices. The thirteenth, however, finally does draw blood, a knife stuck shallowly into the joint of his neck and shoulder.
