Start It Up!
With a pop of displaced air, the Exiles appear in a new place.

Most of them immediately recognize the streets of New York city, even at night from the dark alley in which they have appeared: the Empire States Building and the World Trade Center's lights can be seen in the distance. Posters for bands and upcoming concerts plaster the walls. People pass by along the city streets.

"Okay, Sarah, what's the... hello?" Patriot's voice drops off as he notices that there's someone new with them.

Initially, the poster looks like the band KISS -- a big show of men in silver and black outrageous costumes with loads of makeup.

But as Patriot looks closer, he spots something unusual. He may have been frozen in ice during KISS's heyday, but those people don't seem to have KISS's makeup.

And... the name of OSCULATION instead of KISS?

Sarah wouldn't know KISS from Winger, so that certainly doesn't get her attention. She does glance oddly at the Talus, and then glances at the others.

"Ok, so people born and raised on Earth, why is it telling me that 'Manilow must not rock'?"

"Yeah. He's more of a lounge singer than a rocker from what I know." Rose doesn't appear to know much about music either.

Quinn hadn't been paying much attention to what was being said, but then he heard the name Manilow. That got his attention.

"What the bloody HELL!?" Quinn's jaw dropped open.

Tom glances up at Quinn's rather abrupt reaction.

"Somethin' wrong?" he enquired, mildly. He wasn't a huge rockfan, when you got right down to him, so a hard-rockin' Manilow didn't really bother him.

"No. We're here 'cause that ain't right!" The Ghost Rider has suddenly changed and is a normal woman at night - something no one has ever seen. "Demon guy is all sorts of upset at this,' she says with a voice that's rushed. "He's ready to go stare down the 'Copacabana' guy and try to fry his facepaint off." She shrugs. "On the upside, he knows where to start look'n for the band member and figures I should be drive'n until the ass whoop'n starts." She looks back at the poster. "And man, there's gonna be some ass whoop'n."
