He's not thrown. He knows exactly where she's going.
Bucky may not possess wall-climbing equipment, but he does have the athletic skill to scale a wall or column. He jumps up, pushing up and off a wall to do the same to the column, scaling it just as quickly as she does, getting there almost as quickly as she did.
