Song Meme: Poker Face
The Exiles actually managed to get some downtime, meaning they had to sit still for a week, before they had their next mission. Sometimes they had to sit and wait until it was time to do whatever it was they were sent to.

Liv spent the time finding poker games and winning substantial amounts of money. They had to eat and pay for lodgings somehow. May as well put what her mother taught her to good use. It was morning and she was sitting at the small table in the room she shared with Sarah and Meggan counting last night's winnings.

	Sarah still isn't picking anything up from Liv. Could mean a lot of things. The fact that the money isn't 'real' helps, but she sticks it out. She has a good hand, after all - and that fact is probably broadcast a little. Not great, so she's not precisely certain of victory, but enough to stick out the hand and see what Liv does. 	Its going to take time, and she'll probably never be nearly as good at this as Liv. Sarah understands the concept, it just hasn't been trained into her - but she's taking the lessons. She seems pretty determined not to be intimidated out of a decent hand again. "Uhm... call." at least it kept her from raising more when she probably should have. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
