Quinn was getting a lot better with his accuracy when teleporting. He had managed to set them down a few hundred yards outside of Doom’s castle. The last two attempts had been rather successful. The ones before had been failures as he had teleported himself a few miles away from where he had been aiming.

They were still invisible, but Quinn knew Doom would know they were here soon enough. Not much got past Doom, at least the one he knew and he didn’t think this one was too different. “Let’s get moving,” he said as he tried to ignore the dull throbbing in his head. He’d kill for a beer right now.

	Doom raises a hand and the mystic shields flare up more, but they strain a little against the bolt. "You seriously do not think this is going to be this simple? 	Between countering the giant orange boot, his affronted dignity at having been attacked by a giant orange boot, and his attempt to keep an eye on other aspects of the immediate environment, Doom's concentration is far from his best as the encounter wears on. 	Doom's eyes lock on her in horror, and there's a relatively quiet, almost inhuman sound from his throat. His vast holdings had hardly been acquired cleanly, nor had 'the sadist and the freak' made them easy to hold. He has a lot of carnage to experience. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
