As its absorbing and redirecting the energy blast from the hammer, she drops down under his blast and slams the hammer into the ground, calling down a lightning strike on Ultron - sure, normally it wouldn't damage him directly too much, but she's hoping to catch him still in 'sponge' mode, and overload something.
