Asgardian Gethsemene, Part 1.
When the Exiles materialize in their next location, they have a lot of new company in the middle of a rock-strewn, windy field. In the distance, there is a building with a slanted, thatched roof. It is the only building in the immediate vicinity, though those with sharp eyes may see various small structures even further in the distance.

	Irene, Dory, and Nate will arrive at the War Council at the same time as Jason, Jubilee, and Meggan find it. Irene's blinking at the uncanny resemblance to the... girl... with.. Mjolnir, but manages to pay her respects to Ororo. Then she looks to the young dwarf king. "You were right, Eitri. But I think you may have been wrong, too." (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Dory wants to ask what Eitri was right about, but it's not his place to ask questions at this moment. He's fallen a few steps behind so as to better observe the reactions of the other people in the room, both to the mysterious near-twinness of the two holders of Mjolnir and to whatever news Irene is bringing with her. There are, certainly, no 'other doubles' about.

"Eitri hath oft believed his Father was murdered by Surtur," Irene explains to the guests. "And that this was part of a long series of brief interferences by Musphelheim that would continue. And we have done our best to find out, and indeed, there hath been, as Uncle Doug would say, 'transdimensional incursions." She bit her lip and fidgeted with the hilt of her sword. "But mayhap not strictly from Musphelheim."

	The resemblance is uncanny, Sarah has to admit - which is a little distracting still. She knows the girl isn't any kind of relation, just a chance coincidence. It's around this point that Robert Hrimharisson, staring at what Meggan is holding, manages to say something.

"As for whom else, there ist also, at least, mine grandfather. Eitri's father was right. It hast begun."

And That's when Sarah will get it. The Tallus simultaneously maintains its instruction to 'Hold' and delcares, almost split-screen and stereo, that "The Allfather and his son must be brought from the flame and darkness to face their end, as their end is held to face them."

Sarah glances around the room. Then looks at the Exiles.

"The Tallus is talking to me again. We have two missions here... tied in together. But... yeah, this is really, really big." she offers her teammates quietly, before looking to the larger room.

"Not of this world? So someone else is getting involved... right then. I think you're right though. Ragnarok is beginning, but someone is interfering."

	Dory bites his tongue against his own question about what the new mission is and what it means that the Tallus has assigned them a second mission mid-adventure. He shoots the others a quick look, warning them to hold their tongues as well. None of this sounds good. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Ragnarok. So... end of the world, right?" Meggan leaned over to to try the whole quiet-thing with the group. "But are we really supposed to stop the end of the world, because it's not really a 'we're all gonna die' thing for them, it's a 'Death! Death! Death take us all!' thing, which is totally different and why ruin that?" She cleared her throat a little. "So. The Enchantress. Guess we'd better get her, then, so we can sort out what needs doing?"

There's lots of stalwart nodding all around.

Extra people. And two Irenes, even -- yes, I know, not really. But we can cover more ground that way."

	Jubilee blinks, and even puts her shades up. She's seen all different shades of Illyana Rasputin before, and this one looks pleasant enough (although a non-sorcerous mutant-demon-whatever would probably be a little cold as she's dressed), but she still reflexively squares her feet a little. 	This was just a little too weird for Liv. She had gone through the Avengers files and well...they didn't mention any of these people in Asgard. Yes, she realized it was another dimension, but things weren't even that close to what they should be. She'd bet money that when they found Thor he would be /Thor/ but someone else entirely. We should have a chance to leave this dimension before the end, or perhaps delay it further... but we need to complete our mission, or we share whatever fate comes. 	"Great," Dory murmurs unhappily. "Did the Tallus give us any hints on where those two are?" He glances sideways at Jubilee, and hopes she remembers enough about defensive walls to be able to make some contribution toward their original mission. Sieges aren't really in his wheelhouse. "Pretty sure the Enchantress is the one who just walked into the joint," Meggan says quietly. "She had the timing for it. And yeah, the guy recognized the ribbon-chain-whatsis we found. Means his granda's loose and the world's gonna end. But that's kinda good here, if they do it right. It's just tricky without all the people."

Surely, Meggan is the best explainer ever!
