Asgardian Gethsemene, Part 1.
When the Exiles materialize in their next location, they have a lot of new company in the middle of a rock-strewn, windy field. In the distance, there is a building with a slanted, thatched roof. It is the only building in the immediate vicinity, though those with sharp eyes may see various small structures even further in the distance.

Close Ranks. Words straight out of a war movie. Meggan feels more soldierly already as she stays close, looking around systematically.

...surroundings look more like a barbarian pic than a WWII drama, though.

She listens to the blonde. The blonde with the shield, and the hammer. Very... heroine.

"Basics, yes. 'Reality broke. Fix it. Don't botch it if you want your families back.'"

Dory falls in at Sarah's order, likewise doing an automatic headcount. Anyone watching him rather than the landscape will see a moment of incomprehension flash across his face before the penny drops.

Gwenny's gone home. Lucky girl, he hopes the war goes well.

He wonders briefly how many times Sarah's had to do this over the years before he switches to a more productive train of thought.

"I'm not seeing any immediate danger, but I wouldn't rule it out entirely yet," he says, flexing his still claw-less fingers.

When they're finally somewhat settled, while waiting for their audience with what is passing for current royalty, Sarah looks around the table. She's still exhausted from last time, if, thankfully, not too badly hurt this time, but is doing her best not to show it - especially in front of a mostly new team.

"So, I'm guessing you all got the Timebroker's standard speech. I'll answer any other questions I can. Proper introductions are likely a good start, and then going through our S.O.P. when entering a new world.

"So, far as I can tell, you're The One In Charge..." she looks at Dory. "You're The Clever One." To Jason. "You're The Brooding one." To Laura. "You must be The Tough One." To Olivia. "...Too many people. Going to have to double up. You're either another Clever One or another Tough One." She looks at Jubilee and Nate, then drinks some mead. "One of both of you's going to have the be The Sweetheart, because I can't do that one."

War Council (Sarah, Liv, Laura)

Eventually, the two sovereigns return to escort Sarah, Liv, and Laura to where the representatives of the actual city of Asgard intend to meet with them.

It's a little difficult to tell how old the silver-haired woman in the feather-cloak is as she and the others approach, but she's certainly the most recognizable. A few with her seem to be some sort of officers of the city -- Crimson Hawks to those who know -- and a man in much less soldierly garb who whose white hair is most definitely part of age, though he looks very healthy, albeit ... exceptionally scrawny in the company he keeps.

Prince Robert and King Eitri respectfully greet the Lady Ororo and "Uncle Doug," and are greeted in turn.

It is perhaps when Storm looks at their guests more directly that they can tell she is an old woman. "Welcome. This seems... quite a complication. And ... Irene is still with her father and Sif, investigating your and Eitri's ...concerns?"

"Aye, last we heard," Robert says. "To be clear, Miss Rogers here was clear from the start about not being Irene. And, well..." he wolf-prince nods in the direction of the hammer.

This is Asgard, and, finally, a non-vampiric, non-villanous Storm. She's pretty sure they can follow some of the ideas.

"Vampire senses and hard to kill." Jubilee raises a hand to shoulder level. "I'll be the third man after we divvy things up otherwise. Better to keep groups as even as we can manage."

Of course, they're now splitting the party an extra time, which Scott probably would have objected to, but he wasn't here, and this was a whole different ball game. Jubilee keeps her mouth shut past the initial response.

He's fallen a few steps behind so as to better observe the reactions of the other people in the room, both to the mysterious near-twinness of the two holders of Mjolnir and to whatever news Irene is bringing with her.
