It's a target-rich environment for the Sentinels; Dory tries not to be one of the targets hit. For once on this whole trek through the multiverse, it's useful that he doesn't show up as a mutant on scans.
He flies in low, hands and feet morphing into sharp claws that he buries in the first Sentinel he collides with, his Kree-strength enough to force them into the metal armor well enough to hang on and climb. It'll take him a minute to climb up to where he can do some damage. If he's lucky, the other Sentinels won't notice him until he's already gotten to work.
