Sorry I haven't updated. School started a couple weeks ago and I've been getting in the swing of things.

My cat, Sassy, died. It was so devastating. She hasn't been eating well since winter break so I took her into the vet after it was obvious that she wasn't going to eat. They took blood tests and found a liver infection. They gave me a few medicines I had to give her as well as food I had to force feed, and I had to take her in to the vet every other day to get fluids. After the second time, she wasn't gaining any weight so they told me they need to put a feeding tube in her so I can feed her and get her back up to normal weight and eating on her own eventually. She got that feeding tube on Monday, I had to feed her 4 times a day as well as the medicines, but she just didn't make it. I went to go feed her again last night and she was laying in the same spot as before not moving. I called to her and she didn't answer. I pet her and she didn't move. So I felt for a heart beat and there wasn't one. I haven't stopped crying since then. I fell asleep crying and woke up crying. It's the most terrible feeling I've ever felt. She was 13, going on 14, and I've had her since I was 7. It was so sad.

We also got about 20 inches of snow. Mizzou cancelled classes before the blizzard even started and we had snow days today and yesterday. It's nice. It's only the third time in history that Mizzou has cancelled classes, and the first time they've done it before the storm even came.
