France/Spain, from last month. I finally got pictures from my friend's camera.

Who everyone featured in this post is: top row - Caitlyn, Ericka, Tori, Katrice; bottom row - Lauren, Kayla, Nina (tour guide), me.

Winnipeg airport at about 5 or 6 AM (and looking the part). Ready to get going. I wish I would have taken that jacket with me for the rest of the trip.

We drove by this wedding in our tour bus during layover in Toronto. Very pretty.

It was cold in Paris, so I resorted to wearing my rain jacket for further insulation. But then...

This happened. So sad. I borrowed a girl's sweater to wear on top of my own sweater for the rest of the trip.

They had nice shrubbery.

I actually really like this one.

The Eiffel tower at night was beautiful, they lit it up so that it was literally sparkling.

The hotel room in Paris. There wasn't much room other than this. There was a nice window, but unfortunately the view was of the neighbouring building's brick wall.

Teeny bathroom.

The most awkward shower ever.

Notre Dame.

No children/no holding hands allowed?

I just don't understand.

Night train on the journey to Spain. The space between the beds was about the same width as the beds. Height from one bed to the bed on top of it was about two feet. Cramped.

H&M in Madrid I believe.

Unnecessarily close, mmhm.

I took so many pictures of that palm tree.

He's really let himself go.

I only have one exam left! I'm so excited. Is there anyone else in here that took the IB exams this week?
I was thinking about dying my hair brown (sort of like this) after I graduate, though I'm still unsure about it. Opinions/alternatives?

new duel!. i think that would look pretty but not that light. that would just damage your hair for one. you could put a color straight on your hair to make it really show up in the light. that would look gorgeous! like one girl at my school has very dark hair but you can see a violet red color in her hair when the light is on it (which is all the time inside or in the summer in general).

	yeah, you know it's good practice though. plus, i don't see why you'd go to school for a year to do something & just ignore when people ask you questions pertaining to it. this is what you're going to do for most of your life, why would you not help others with your knowledge? 	Lovely pictures, this post makes me miss France and Spain. :( I went on a night train from Narbonne to Calais last year, it was funny apart from the fact that my hyperactive attention-starved brother was on the bed above mine, so I got no sleep, haha. If you ever do get a chance, definitely go! And if you ever get two chances, go once with a tour group, once without. With a group it's informative and you get good deals on entry into popular tourist locations, but I think that exploring it on your own would be a lot more exciting and it would make everything just seem more... real. If you get what I mean.

	wow! that place with the pond in versailles looks beautiful, I'd love to go there. you're lucky! I really like that owl necklace, it's adorable. and I've always wondered... in the pictures of you with the red background, do you use special lighting in those? they always look professionally shot and just generally awesome. 	The day we went there was probably my favourite day in France. It's actually at the Palace of Versailles. It's a mix of sunlight (there is a window opposite that wall) and sometimes I add a screen layer on Photoshop when the pictures are darker than I like. (Reply to this)(Parent)
