It's an autoimmune disorder that affects the intestines. Basically I can't digest anything with gluten (a protein found in wheat, barley, oat, rye, etc.) because it makes my intestines all unhappy and they stop working properly. I have a very restricted diet, and combined with being vegetarian and mildly lactose-intolerant, it has taught me a lot about self-control and just makes me more aware of my health in general. I was diagnosed when I was fourteen.. after years of basically throwing up all my food and feeling terrible after every meal. Thanks for showing interest.. I feel like more people should know about Celiac disease and gluten-intolerance because it is actually much more common than you'd think.

i love the new pictures you posted, especially the one with your rat/mouse! XD :) and i can see youre beautiful inside and out. and wow, one of my friends has been telling me about how she's been sick and hospitals are even studying her.. she said she can barely keep anything down. it seriously sounds exactly like what you said. ill have to inform her! thanks for that. :D ♥

	i was curious about what celiac disease is as well, and i read your reply up there i think we may have actually discussed it in one of my health classes, it sounds pretty unpleasant. mostly because i LOVE carbs but anyways, you have such a fresh and adorable face also, your art is amazing! i would love to see more (Reply to this)
