Dari - Friends, but not close? We said Bells would come to her for advice if things got physical. Would would like to note that it's not public knowledge that she fools around with Jeremy, but I think it would be obvious that she's generally confident about her body and she has a tendency to flirt.

Ed - Friendly. He'll flirt with her, they'll talk about Quodpot.

Garrett - Not exactly friends, but not enemies either. He's.. Garrett. Nice enough most of the time, but a bit condescending if he thinks she's acting like an idiot.

Teddy - He is certainly attracted to her, though I think he prefers blondes and I want to say he had a girl back home that he fooled around with, but it was more of a friends with benefits thing than anything else. He certainly will have kissed her by now, but I don't know that it's gone further than that. I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out. New characters are shiny.

Jack - Jack would adore Bells, I think. His unhappiness or what have you would not be common knowledge at all, because he really is trying to be the son his father wants him to be. I can easily see them being pretty friendly, though.
