"Yeah," he replied to the question about his mom. It was never a big deal to him, though he'd been told his grandfather would disapprove. He'd never met the man himself. Hawthorne didn't really think too much about the difference between muggles and wizards. His parents' lifestyle was weird enough to even worry about why his mom couldn't do magic. "Dad usually doesn't care, but when it's late at night the neighbors upstairs get a little pissy."
