“True,” Max said, “But I can keep you away from her.” This fight did seem rather odd to him. It was far to direct which was not standard practice for assassins at least from what he knew of them. Whatever was going on there was more to it then he could currently see.
He kept on firing bolts and Henry like before. He had been keeping count of his shots and knew he would soon have to reload his clip for the crossbow.
