Lady Vic merely chuckled, watching as he passed out. The tranquilizer was designed for his metabolism, so he'd be out for awhile.
She tied him up, then picked him up, pressing the comm-link in her ear.
"The target is secure."
Moments later, a helicopter picked up Lady Vic and Jai on top of a building in Keystone.
