At the Courthouse
As they drove closer to the courthouse, the number of people engaged in lewd behavior seemed to increase, to the point where some people could be seen simply doing in on the sidewalk.

Lindsey put a hand to her head, groaning. "Anybody else feel kinda... weird...?"
