Arthur couldn't move as he watched Ty destroy Oceanus. Atlantis was safe, that much was taken off his shoulders, but....
By Poseidon the cost was too high, he thought as he walked over to Cait's lifeless body. Arthur had lost his wife and daughter. AJ, Koryak and now Cait and Mera. How much more could Arthur lose?
He bent over and gently picked Cait up, cradling her body in his arms. Not caring that there were witnesses, Arthur placed a kiss on her forehead. "You didn't fail me, Minnow" he whispered.
"Bring the Queen's body," he ordered his soldiers.
He looked at Ty, Ash, Cerdian, Dolphin and AJ, his face a mix of grief and anger. He couldn't speak to thank them for their help defending his kingdom.
