Oceanus ignored AJ, because he could. His shell of hard water became thicker; stronger. And Oceanus focused on Ty, who radiated with power and rage. His eyes were black holes. His right hand was twisted and looked of death. But Oceanus did not falter at the sight. He frowned, yes--as would all who saw yet another had come to oppose them from taking back what was rightfully theirs.
"Boy, you had spoken your last words." And so Oceanus mustered his strength, still high off of the rage he felt when Tethys was murdered, and constructed a volley of hard water spears speeding at Ty. He watched for the result from the safety (or so he thought) of his hard water shell.
