"Okay, so I was out getting lunch and...Hermes stops me. Yes, Hermes from Greek mythology. He says that the Titans have escaped from their bonds, which is what's behind all the monster attacks and recent crazy stuff going on all over the world." Jai tells her.
"Then, he says he wants me to be his avatar and use his powers to fight the Titans." Jai whispers. "I didn't believe him at first, but then he touched me and...Traya, the world is moving so slowly right now, I can barely stand it.
But I ran here in under a minute to do. From Central City." he emphasizes. "My /dad/ can do that without trying hard. I did it today without trying hard...and Hermes said I'm faster than anyone in my family.
How crazy is that?" he asks her.
