Cerdian goes outside of the Justice League HQ and begins to meditate, reaching out to as many mystics as he can find, world-wide.
I am Cerdian of Atlantis and I requet your presence. Your aid is needed to combat a dire threat to the world. Please contact any other mystic you know and come to this location.
Cerdian then gives each person who receives the summons a tether leading to him, outlined in violet energy, that will show them where he is. Dangerous? Yes, but he has little time to spare when people could die at any moment.
Each person who arrives will find him in meditation in the ear of the JLA Headquarters.
"Thank you all for coming." he says.
