What's That Sound?
Green Arrow was out on patrol, fully stocked with a mixture of trick arrows and regular arrows as always.  He'd been getting a lot better since the extra training started kicking in.  But the night was quiet, and it didn't seem like there was going to be much action.  He stopped in an alleyway and peered out of the corner, hoping to spot something.

Zach touches the tip carefully against Keith's skin, and there's a sizzling sound, and a smell like pork roasting, as he seals up the wound.

Keith bites down on the bow, hard. It muffled the sound of his cries of pain. He tried his best to stay still, but he couldn't help but arch his back and scratch at the ground.

Mia briefly put her hand on Keith's shoulder, continuing to reassure him.

Zach carefully works his way across the wound, binding the edges together and then cauterizing them. After what must seem like forever for Keith, he finishes.

"He's going to need plenty of rest, and it's going to scar something awesome, but he should be okay. Going to need a bunch of antibiotics though. How long was that wound open?"

Keith hisses while biting the bow as hard as he can. Even when Zach was done, it hurt like hell. He needed a breather before he could say anything. And Mia was going to have quite the difficult time getting her bow back until Keith decided it was a good time to stop biting down.
