Marissa didn't deserve being grounded. When she only got to see the light of day (or night, in this case), was when they went out on patrol, well...that was just torture.

Between adjusting to his classes at Gotham University, being Bruce assistant, Batman, and attempting to have SOMETHING even close to a social life, Terry really hadn't made much time to break Marissa out of her "prison".

So this was long overdue.

Bruce was out for the day, and if they did get caught (which they probably would), Terry would take full blame.

He knocked on Marissa's door.

"You decent?"

"The warden left me pants, but he locked the door from the outside. I can't let you in. Literally. Did you come to slide gruel under my door?"

She was only half being melodramatic; Bruce had been delivering her meals to the room. If it weren't for the fact that she had an in-suite bathroom he probably would have her on a bathroom schedule, too.

"Terry, next time I run away remind me to avoid my brother, okay?"

	Terry sighed. He really didn't know what to tell Marissa. His father was dead, but Terry'd had a good relationship with him when he was alive. "I'm sure he loves you, in his own way," Terry said. I'll be stranded out there alone with no friends and no family. Which pretty much is emotional blackmail on his part to keep me here." She snorted.
