It was the last Friday before school started.
Cindy had everything ready. This was a Dad Place, and Dad wasn't home. She'd made the sandwiches. She had that other stuff.

She was on top of things this time. She wasn't going to be nervous.

Gears are turning in Cindy's head...or trying to do so. "I really want to make you happy, and I really want you. So much, but...for one thing, I think I might still be a misdemeanor, so maybe we shouldn't ru-- Nic..." Cindy's eyes shut as the kisses continued.
