Caged! Thanagar Invades!
Nic came to and wherever it was that she was coming to it was hot. Stupid hot. So hot that she felt heavy and gross and didn't right away realize that the extra weight she felt on her wings was in fact extra weight. Groaning, she went to move and discovered a curious Tharok petting her.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!"

Will nods in agreement, flying upwards while making sure Mikey and Wendi keep up. Flying just beneath what he figured was the bridge, He looked up at the structure and hoped like hell that Nic wasn't anywhere near it.

Here goes nothing...

"SHAZAM!"

The lightning bolt comes down swiftly, tearing a large hole from the top to the bottom. The hole where the bolt ended was still smoking, But Will flew upward quickly to make the most use of the distraction.

"Lets get going!"

	Wendi, being carried by Mikey for the moment, shouted "3x2(9yz)4a!" as soon as her feet touched the deck, settling on the super-strength, durability, and lower-level speed it offered her. Her first punch sent a Thanagarian flying. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	When Mikey landed he quickly launched a Shield Generator Bot and Two Rocket Launcher Bots. Then with the Rocket Bots helped fight under the protection of the Shield Mikey put PATTON back to normal to watch his back so he could more effectively control the Bots to fight. Tharok, unbeknownst to them, had left the ship and gone to the one in Memphis. Nic was left behind though as Tharok was confident that there was no one who was capable of rescuring her. He also thought he'd done a pretty good job of knocking her out.

Except he didn't.

The instant the group arrived on deck the whole ship mobilized. That kind of noise was unmistakable and Nic, who had started to come to, heard it.

"HELP!" She didn't know if anyone could hear her, but she'd certainly make some noise herself.

	Mikey kept out of the way. The shield generator dealt with the ranged attacks, while PATTON shot bolts of high voltage electricity at any who tried to get in close. This made things a lot easier to control the Rocket bots to attack and look around for Mikey. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Will was busy batting his way through the many hawk warriors when something came to him. He didn't know if it was Socrates or Zeus showing him, but something had caught his ear that seemed off.

It was when the noise became a voice, it made sense.

"She's here somewhere! Hourgirl, Stripe, can either of you tell?" Will called out as he sidestepped a hawk soldier and, with the smallest of movements, broke the warriors wrist.

	"Wendi!" Will decided to make a statement by having the hawk-soldiers mace bounce off of him. So Will stood in the way, standing still as the mace come down onto his shoulder. Pain blossoms from the blow. "Gah! What the hell!" Will yells as he reflexively pushes the soldier away, bowling him into other soldiers. "What just happened?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"We've gotta fall back!" Will yells over his shoulder. At least Wendi was concious: it looked like she took a hard hit. But with the pain in his shoulder lessening, Will was now able to focus his thoughts and listen to Socrates.

"I'll cover your escape! Out the way we came in!" Will yelled as he tore out a large chunk of the bulkhead next to him to block the passage of more hawk-soldiers.

	Mikey really hated to retreat but they couldn’t win this fight. He was starting to run out of ammo for the rockets. Before heading back himself he had the two bots launch a barrage of rockets to help cover their retreat. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Well, now they knew Nic was here. That was the important part. Will pulled out another bulkhead before turning around and speeding to the hole, grabbing Wendi along the way before flying out of the hole. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
